rental companies negotiate directly with commercial accounts for volume
business. For companies without a specific car rental
contract in place, we can offer the HANA Corporate Car Rental
Program.
HANA Program
(Hertz, Avis, National, Alamo)
Highlights of the program include:

Year-round
Promotions. All four HANA partners (Hertz, Avis, National
and Alamo) offer year-round promotions, usually in the form of
value-added coupons (e.g. 5% discount off retail rates, single
and double class upgrades, etc.) |

Small
and Middle Market Business Account Programs. All HANA
partners offer special programs for our small and middle market
businesses. Typically, these are clients who generate less
than $50,000 - $75,000 in annual car volume (estimated at
8-10% of air volume) and who do not have a negotiated car
contract in place. |

HANA
Supplements Client-Negotiated Rate Programs. Perkins
Travel will always provide these special HANA rates when our
client's negotiated car rental rate is not available or
requested. In these situations our exclusive program will
save our clients up to 20% below what they would pay
otherwise. All HANA rates include unlimited mileage too! |
